	Rahim Borhani, Ph.D. – President – Dr. Borhani is internationally recognized in the field of university master planning, historic preservation and architecture. He has worked in the field of architecture and planning for the last 35 years. He has worked as the project architect on several large buildings in the office of Mies Van Der Rohe and he has been principal architect on several multimillion dollar university and institutional buildings. He has produced 28 master plans, 18 of which were university or colleges. He has an impeccable reputation as a planner, architect, historic architect, and teacher. He holds a Ph.D., two master’s degrees, and two bachelor’s degrees in architecture, building design and city planning. He has a wealth of experience in all aspects of facilities design, and he can bring to the project the latest ideas in future planning. Dr. Borhani believes in hands-on planning, so he becomes personally involved in most of the architectural and master planning projects. Because of his direct contact with numerous campuses, he frequently has had the opportunity to observe programs that are both successful and not so successful, and he is able to pass this insight on to other clients. In addition to being a competent planner, Dr. Borhani has worked in the university systems facilities planning for 12 years and historic architecture for 20 years.
James Malanaphy, III, AIA – Senior Planner and Architect – Mr. Malanaphy will assist Dr. Borhani with the major planning and architecture portions of projects. Mr. Malanaphy and Dr. Borhani have worked on several master planning and historic preservation projects. Mr. Malanaphy has worked on more than 70 projects during his 15 years as an architect and planner. Many of these projects have been with Borhani Associates. Mr. Malanaphy assisted with the University of Alaska Anchorage Master Plan, and worked on the University of Nebraska at Kearney Master Plan among many other projects. Mr. Malanaphy is extremely knowledgeable regarding building space utilization, and he is adept in using the M.I.T. space analysis program. Mr. Malanaphy is the project manager on all architectural and planning work in the office.
	Rajesh Uttaravalli – Senior Planner and Architect – Mr. Uttaravalli received his Masters in Regional and Community Planning from Kansas State University. He received his Bachelors in Architecture from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. Mr. Uttaravalli has extensive experience in working with military housing and historic buildings. He has worked as an architect and planner with a team evaluating historic buildings for the Fort Riley Historic Buildings Master Plan at Fort Riley, Kansas. He is presently the project manager for the Fort Riley Historic Buildings Master Plan. He has been with Borhani Associates for the past three years.
Scott Walters – Architect/Planner – Mr. Walters completed his Bachelors in Architecture at Kansas State University and currently works as architect/planner on several Kansas and international projects. His special interests include architecture, urban design, furniture design, and photography.
	Elizabeth Smith – Architect/Planner – Ms. Smith completed her Bachelors in Architecture with a minor in History at Kansas State University and currently works as architect/planner on several Kansas and international projects. Special interests include historic preservation, residential architecture, planning and social issues.
Roberto Jose Hurtado Mr. Hurtado is an advance architecture student in the Department of Architecture at Kansas State University. He is majoring in Architecture with a minor in Community Planning. Special interests include architecture, design and historic preservation.
Bethany Shields Ms. Shields is a student in the Department of Architecture at Kansas State University. She is majoring in Architecture with a minor in Community Planning. Special interests include architecture, historic preservation, and history of architectural styles and movements.	Christina Borhani Ms. Borhani Is a student in the Engineering Department at Kansas State University majoring in electrical engineering and a minor in environmental planning and law. Special interests include engineering, historic preservation, environmental law.
Shamrock Ventures – Geographical Information System (GIS) Specialist Leslie Chubb-Will serves as Borhani Associates computer specialist staff in Manhattan, Kansas.
